Delivery Conditions

We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands worldwide for all our hardware and dry foods. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectations anywhere in the world.

How do we ship packages?
Packages shipped from our UK warehouse are shipped through Royal Mail, UPS or Parcelforce Worldwide. Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Our packages are well-protected using our know-how packing method. We guarantee our products delivery in good condition to any destination. International customers take full responsibility in case of customs issues and delivery delays.

What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location from 5 to 20 working days.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an e-mail once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2 – 5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Shipping Restrictions
Live fish, frozen foods, live foods, or plants can be shipped within the United Kingdom only. We can’t be responsible for extreme weather conditions, heatpack failures, wrong storage conditions, bad handling methods, delivery delays, and lost parcels. Under no circumstances do we accept returns or issue refunds for fish, plants or any foods! Please contact us before placing an order if in doubts of what creatures you can feed the food you order. We can’t be responsible if your animals don’t take the food you ordered.

Killifish Eggs Disclaimer
Killifish eggs can be shipped worldwide. The circumstances of storage and package handling during shipment are beyond our control. We cannot be held accountable for anything went wrong (customs issues, dead eggs on arrival, dissolved eggs, problems with hatching, belly sliders, hatch rate, sex ratio etc.). No reimbursements will be issued in the event of such issues. By ordering killifish eggs, the buyer accepts this disclaimer in full.
